Refund policy
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sizing or change of mind. Please refer to our sizing charts before placing your order.
No refund, exchange accepted only while quantity last.
Exceptions
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return/exchange, please email info@godofjacob.ca with your order number and clear photos of the defect so we can assist you quickly.
Defective Item Requirements

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from odors.

Item(s) must be in original packaging with tags still attached.

If items do not meet these conditions, they will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Shipping & Processing

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process the return, and 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original form of payment, depending on your bank.

We do not issue store credit. All refunds are returned to the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Lost or Stolen Packages
God of Jacob is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
